Protection of Company Property
Employees are expected to safeguard the company’s tangible and intangible assets.
- Material Property: Employees must handle equipment responsibly and avoid misuse.
- Intellectual Property: Employees must respect and protect trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary information, using them solely for professional purposes.
- Employees are also expected to prevent damage or vandalism to company property.
Professionalism
Employees should demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions and tasks.
- Personal Appearance: Employees must adhere to the company’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Anti-Corruption: Epsilon Paints has a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption. Accepting gifts, bribes, or any form of undue advantage from clients or partners is strictly prohibited.
Job Duties and Authority

Attendance and Punctuality

Disciplinary Actions
Epsilon Paints will address violations of this Code of Conduct appropriately, with potential consequences including:
- Verbal or written reprimands.
- Demotion or suspension.
- Termination for serious offenses.
- Temporary or permanent detraction of benefits.
For severe violations, such as corruption, theft, or unlawful actions, legal proceedings may be initiated.
